Requirements for Reactivation
1. The ad account must belong to a business account in the Meta Business Manager.
2. Only users with full control of the business account can reactivate closed ad accounts.
3. Only closed ad accounts can be reactivated. Disabled accounts require an appeal.
4. If your account has been disabled due to an outstanding balance, you must settle the balance before reactivating.
5. To appeal a disabled account, complete the Meta Disabled Account Appeal Form.
Step-by-Step Guide to Activate a Closed Ad Account
1. Access Business Manager
Go to your Business Manager account.
2. Navigate to Business Settings
Click on Business Settings in the left sidebar.
3. Locate Advertising Accounts
Click on Accounts, then select Advertising Accounts.
4. Filter Accounts
Use the Filter by… drop-down menu and select Own.
Toggle the Hide closed ad accounts option on or off to locate your account.
5. Select and Reactivate
