You may have experienced your account being locked even after resolving all issues, or faced situations where contacting Meta Support seemed impossible. Here are steps to resolve this issue immediately.

In order to contact Meta support you must first go to business.facebook.com , and then click on "Ads Manager" in the left-hand sidebar. This will open a new tab.

Again in your left sidebar, click on "Billing & Payments" (it has some little coins icon next to it). At the top left, click on accounts, then select your account from the list.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Billing and Payments page and click on "Get help”. Make sure that it’s the blue one and not the regular Help center.

After clicking this you will get different options of what you need help with. Click on "A payment" and then on "None of the above". The pop-up shown below will appear, and under "Still need help?" you must click "Contact Facebook support".

This will open a Form to send the issue encountered. Try to be as precise and to the point as possible as this is a workaround and not an official channel, which also means that you must keep in mind to be kind and patient with the staff to be more likely to get a positive response to your problem.
